Troubleshooting

Login failed (401 / 403)
Re-type the Server URL, Username and Password exactly as they appear in your welcome email. Watch for trailing spaces from copy & paste and check upper/lower case. Re-enter them by hand if pasting keeps failing.
Buffering or freezing
Raise the player buffer to 10–15 seconds, switch to a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi‑Fi, and close other downloads on the network. See Network & Streaming Optimization.
Channel list is empty
Reload the playlist from the app settings. On MAG or STB Emulator, re-save the Portal URL and choose reload portal. A full app restart refreshes a cached, out-of-date list.
EPG / TV guide missing
Add the EPG URL from your welcome email, then trigger a manual EPG update. The first download can take several minutes, and the guide needs your device clock and time zone to be correct.
Video plays but no sound
Switch the audio track inside the player, then change the decoder between hardware and software. On Smart TVs, set audio output to PCM/Stereo if your device cannot decode AC3 or E-AC3.
ISP appears to block the stream
Some providers throttle IPTV traffic. Test a nearby VPN server from a reputable provider, then compare playback with and without it to confirm whether your ISP is the cause.

Installation FAQ
Install an IPTV player such as Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters from your TV's app store. Open the app and enter your iScreenHD IPTV M3U URL and EPG URL. See Recommended Apps & Downloads.
After your purchase, the welcome email from iScreenHD IPTV will include your M3U playlist URL and optional EPG URL. If you haven't subscribed, choose a plan.

Most IPTV applications enable Xtream Codes login.
